# Managing Covid 19

Guidelines: Visiting the Church for a Service or Private Prayer

You are very welcome to come to the church, whether it is your first visit or your millionth. The church is here for you.

As in other places and situations, there are a number of things you can do to help your visit to be safe for yourself and others. Read on to find out more...

Steps you can take to ensure the safety of yourself and others

If you are showing any signs or symptoms of Covid 19, please stay at home till you are well again.
Please use hand sanitiser on entry and departure.
Please maintain social-distance from non-household members. The tape markings on the floor and pews will help you do this.
Do your best to follow the direction of arrows.
Avoid passing items to people who are not in your household.
You might find it helpful to bring your own Bible with, but this is totally optional.
Face masks are optional.

Everyone Welcome

If you have never been in a church before, then come and give it a try. Come in. Find a seat. Take your time to look around, think, reflect, listen, watch. And chat with others if they're there too.

Children of all ages and fidget levels are totally welcome. We recognise some will want to move around the church, and that's okay. We ask that as parents/ carers you take responsibility to keep an eye on them, and do your best to encourage social-distancing. There's space in the South Aisle where they can have a bit more space to move around. And we will provide individual Activity Bags for younger and older children to use during services to help them connect with the service, just ask a Steward for one.

If you use a wheelchair or need to sit in a chair rather than a pew, then that is totally fine. We have set up chairs with good visibility in the North Aisle, and there is plenty of space for you to sit in your wheelchair.

On Sundays there will be Stewards available to help and guide, so feel free to ask if you need anything.
