The Risk Assessment below was written for a group of volunteers who meet monthly to do the gardening at church. It could be adapted to the practical work groups, such as a cleaning group.

Note that our grounds do not have gravestones, and if yours does then include all aspects of risk into your version of the Risk Assessment.
