Attendance via Zoom is preferred. Otherwise, you can attend in person at the Church.

After 6 months delay, we can hold our annual meeting where we take stock of the church's ministry & stewardship over the last 18 months and look ahead to the next steps. As part of this, we'll be hearing reports on different aspects of the church's resources including finance, and  voting in the representatives of the church as wardens and PCC members. It's happening at 8pm on Tuesday 6th October, and you can attend by Zoom or in person at St Denys Church. Everyone who is on Electoral Roll or is a resident in the parish of St Denys can attend.

Notice of Annual Parochial Church Meeting

Parish of St. Denys

The Annual Parochial Church Meeting will be held in the church on the 6th day of October 2020 at 8pm.

For election of parochial representatives of the laity as follows
(a) To the Deanery Synod: 2 representatives
(b) To the Parochial Church Council: 8 representatives

For the appointment of the Independent Examiner or Auditor. For the consideration of:

(a) a report on changes to the Roll since the last annual parochial church meeting
(b) an Annual Report on the proceedings of the parochial church council and the activities of the parish generally;
(c) the financial statements of the council for the year ending on the 31st December preceding the meeting;
(d) the annual report on the fabric, goods and ornaments of the church or churches of the parish;
(e) a report of the proceedings of the deanery synod; and
(f) other matters of parochial or general Church interest.

Notice of a meeting for the election of churchwardens

Parish of St. Denys

A meeting for the election of churchwardens will be held in the church on the 6th day of October 2020 at 8pm.

This meeting may be attended by: 

1. All persons whose names are entered on the church electoral roll of the parish and
2. All persons resident in the parish whose names are entered on a register of local government electors by reason of such residence
